Upon your order, TEDCO engineers define critical process dimensions and then build the control of these specifications into the tooling. This provides optimum quality stability during manufacturing of every part produced on every machine.

By maintaining control of your tool design process in AutoCAD, TEDCO can develop the most efficient production method to reduce costs of material, fabrication and assembly. By applying both internal and external resources, TEDCO can build your tools cost effectively and on time. CAD integration to our own wire EDM process assures precision and time savings for all tools and dies.

Preventive Maintenance Service - All tooling is kept in top performance condition at all times through our own preventive maintenance service program, without additional cost to our customers.

TEDCO provides additional services to complete your production requirements and standards:

Cleaning - In response to customer needs, TEDCO provides environmentally safe cleaning to remove surface oils and containments to assure product assembly and performance acceptable to stringent standards. Our aqueous, ultrasonic, closed loop cleaning systems are ideal for applications such as medical lighting.

Burr Removal - Quality and production standards have been engineered into all tooling to provide minimum standard burr allowances for cutting applications. However, TEDCO can also provide fully automated de-burr processes to meet or exceed special customer requirements.

Plating, Coating, Heat Treatment - TEDCO has also developed a large, approved supplier network that can provide a wide variety of plating, coating and heat treatment applications.
